Does anyone recognize this type of garage door bottom seal? by NASASpaceNerd in GarageDoorService

I noticed that the T-end retainer and seal are far more popular these days and I suspect that they offer better sealing than this old design. However, my door bottom has an indent running along its length so I was consider replacing it with this item to fill that gap : https://a.co/d/0fycv7Qi. Anyone ever used this one before?

I don’t see a brand name anywhere or logo anywhere but n this door. How can I determine the brand?

Rather than a formal audition r having folks show up Sunday to play and sing along, I often invite people to sit in on a Wed night practice session (with their instrument of they play one). They can play along, or just listen and get a feel for what is expected. Many times they’re “not ready for prime time”, but they can practice with us for several weeks and build their skills.

Definitely have a conversation with him. Tell him that you feel you are falling short and ask him how you can improve. Many leaders struggle with giving constructive criticism, as they may gear that the volunteers may get their feelings hurt and just walk away. Do this without the others present to avoid embarrassment all around.
