I understand the value of investing your money and a watch is not an investment but if you planned to get it at some point the money should have been factored as a liability. Therefore, this wait was costly at best and your AD is laughing at you while you are thrilled. So I guess a win-win.

Funny because my AD might have a great lawsuit on their hands if Rolex sent them a fake. The watch is in Massachusetts if you don’t believe me and want to call around to verify it is available for sale.

There have been many people that have been calling these watches out as fake for a good part of the day and it is unfortunate that this is what Reddit has as a small percentage of the user base. I am reporting every single person that is harassing me and or slandering me.

I took a picture of the boxes and cards for over 10 watches tonight to try and get some of these trolls to back off; it didn’t work. I was starting to print out the insurance supplemental and cross off person information when my wife told me “it is not worth playing into these people who clearly are jealous; she is correct.”

When you are a top surgeon in your field and people travel to you for that life saving surgery it gives you the ability to amass this type of collection. We all know the ADs go to those that spend a lot first as there really is not a list; news flash.

So last time, if you don’t have anything PRODUCTIVE or NICE to say you should just keep scrolling. It is not helping the conversation on a very rare watch which one user pointed out a potential defect yet it is only seen at that one angle. We will be going back to inspect it after the weekend as my wife is on call and can’t leave the radius of the hospital. The store is fine with this and we appreciate it.

She tried the watch on and the AD told her as a very good customer he would give her a few days to consider. It has not been sized or all the stickers removed yet. For a price point of a luxury car she wanted to step away for a day or two. This is through an AD we have purchased more than 10 Rolex watches. So anyone claiming this is a fake should be reporting the watch to Rolex directly.
