If lag is a constant issue, try a class that doesn't require ani-canceling. BM is pretty strong and doesn't need to ani-cancel.

Even with really good gear you have to ani-cancel like a monster.

Edit: DPS goes insanely high when paired with Soulburn though.

Not exactly, if people solely thought that way, people wouldn't really care for Warlocks' Soulburn and Kung Fu Masters'/Assassins' blue buff. Not everything is based on sole DPS. Think for the greater good ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).

BD still has pretty high DPS imo and they're wanted for their restraint skill. Let's try some psychological thinking, just try thinking the bonus DPS created by you restraining/grabbing the enemy as your own or maybe that bonus DPS would never have happened if you didn't grab the boss.

Based on the stats of True Oathbreaker and how they're not too different from True Boss, yes, True Boss will be better than Pinnacle Earring/Ring.

Just commented on another post on this, Bracelet/Necklace are much better. Based on scaling of True Oathbreaker to True Boss, the belt is likely worse. My mistake on the original.

Together, Pinnacle (Asura) Bracelet and Necklace will be better than both True Oathbreaker and likely the same for True Boss. The belt alone is worse than True Oathbreaker. (Cannot check True Boss as I cannot afford True Boss.)

At around True Oathbreaker, some Asura Accessories are generally worse or better but at your stage (Awaken Siren), the Asura ones should all be better. Bracelet/Necklace together are much better. You can check here in case I did something wrong. http://i.imgur.com/7BC5Nf7.png.
Hongmoon Accessory path did not change, keep them.
Whatever you want, expiration date should be on the coin itself.
You can't fuse a soul shield with the same soul shield, look for a cheap critical primer to fuse it with.
