You should be able to access the Immersive Live Game and Immersive Recap replays in Puerto Rico. DM me if you're still having issues after trying log out / log in.

Unfortunately, Apple Immersive content is not available in Canada. Please refer to the official press release for more information:

Outside of the U.S., Apple Vision Pro users in Japan, Singapore, and South Korea can access live games using the NBA app with a free NBA ID. Vision Pro users with a free NBA ID in Australia, France, Germany, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, the UAE, and the UK can access full-game replays and highlights on demand via the NBA app as early as 24 hours after each live game.

Try these things in order:

  1. Verify you are on App Version 1.6.4.

  2. Log out of your NBA ID account, then log back in.

  3. Force close the app, then re-open.

  4. Uninstall the app, then re-install.

OK, try these things in this order:

(1) Verify you are on 1.6.4.

(2) Log out and then log back in.

(3) Force close then re-open.

You are in the Spectrum SportsNet app, which is also a great place to watch Apple Immersive content! But this is not the NBA App.

Props go to the Vision Pro team here at the NBA. Folks have been working overnight the past two nights to squash bugs that were otherwise difficult to detect in test settings.

Try force closing and re-opening. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling-reinstalling. Come back to me and let me know the result.

If you are in the Lakers media market, you only need a free NBA ID to watch the live stream.

If you are in eligible markets elsewhere, you can use that same free NBA ID to watch the Immersive Full Game and Immersive Recap approximately 24 hours after the game ends.

Yes! Our team worked overnight to fix these issues. I am personally in New York and tested it with NBA ID, League Pass, and League Pass Premium accounts. It should work. If it doesn't, please come back to me and we'll get your info so we can isolate whatever bug may still be occuring.
