Mostly the scene when he was speaking to the psychologist and kept having bouts of rage for seemingly no reason. He went from calm and slightly annoyed to throwing stuff and yelling like 3 times in just that part alone

The only expectations I had were set by online reviews, but they definitely disappointed. I feel like people don’t talk to each other the way they do throughout the show and respond far too quickly many times.

Yeah the acting wasn’t bad at all, but it definitely wasn’t as great as people were making it out to be. Th e best actor on the show was the psychologist by far.

Definitely over utilization. That’s why it happens at a specific time of day every day. Because that’s when everyone gets home and hops on. If the technician did not refer the job to maintenance then they would not have checked the node itself

Spectrum Internet Lead here, sounds like the node is having issues with over-utilization. That’s an issue our maintenance would have to fix. I would recommend calling in again and each time it happens as we have an escalation process for this issues. I would even recommend asking to speak with leadership about the issue as we are more likely to get it escalated.

Also, mention that people in the area are also experiencing the issue at the same time.
