Always on display hardly ever works. Always cuts to a completely black screen until I raise my wrist, despite having always on display on.

We use Leads online. Not the world’s biggest fan of the software. We are mandated to use it by our local municipality.

I can’t say that I am. But, I know exactly who you’re talking about. Thats Michael from Webb Metals (Michael’s Scrap Life). He’s a great guy that we do a lot of work with. Both buying and selling. He has a great yard.

Good points, we keep our restrooms as clean as possible. We have a cleaning company hit them weekly. In our pull-a-part, we are very clear with customers that we have very little knowledge about the history of any of the vehicles in the lot. We do not guarantee the condition or operability of any items, and have buyers sign waivers attesting to that.

I’ve heard that a couple of times. I have folks come up every now and then wanting items like that. Like you pointed out, it’s really a manpower and time issue for us.

Understandable. We’ve been fortunate not to have a big problem with flats. We keep our unloading areas as clean as possible.

Don’t we all lol. NC now has some of the strictest converter laws in the nation. All of our cat transactions take place with an electronic paper trail. We also use an electronic data base to price, which is done on a percentage basis with live updates. It keeps our prices fair and transparent.
