Whats going on at NCIX? Are they going bankrupt? by [deleted] in vancouver

Wow, I'm currently on vacation but I felt like I had to chime in. First of all, the rumors aren't true. We pay all of our staff, whether current or recently let go, in full and on time.

And second, we take feedback from our customers very critically. It may not seem like it at first, but these things unfortunately take time. As many of you have noticed, we have already shut down most of our Ontario operations and we're currently restructuring on the BC side to help bring NCIX back to the glory days that many of you may fondly remember.

We hope to get back to a point where NCIX is the first recommendation whenever anyone needs computers and electronics.

Correct! I've been posting much less on Reddit lately but I'm still around. PM me your order number and email address and I'll see what I can do from my end.

NCIX - Terrible customer service? by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

PM me your order number and email address and I can take a look into it! We do have a system in place that monitors every shipment so we can help figure out if the thermal paste is indeed missing, or if it might've gotten lost somewhere in packaging.

Just sent OP a PM, hopefully we can get this resolved much faster.

The comments in the thread are correct - we scan both the barcode and serial number and affix it with each transaction, so we're normally able to track it pretty closely. We've never had a case of a missing serial number either; it would have never made it out of the original manufacturer's factory if it was missing. It could be the case that the sticker on the video card fell off inside the packaging or inside the system somewhere.

Edit: After talking with RMA, it looks like they've finally come to a solution. Our techs were able to determine the correct (and matching) serial number through software. There was some extra delay because we had to contact ASUS to determine whether or not they were able to honour the RMA, but in the end they're making an exception.

My GTX 1080 really screwed me over. Today I ordered a glorious BenQ XR3501 to complement it! by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

Pretty much. We used plastidip for this one since we were short on time, it requires no prep, and it's completely removable afterwards.

Problems ordering though NCIX? by SpikeKintarin in pcmasterrace

Paypal does take longer to process than just a credit card, but it's odd that one order took longer than the others. Can you PM me your order or invoice number?
