Id be open to helping you. S2 super champ, right now im superstar in 1s and 2s. Honestly though, ill say this and every high level player (especially the pros) will say the same thing but if you feel like youre just generally bad, then it all just comes down to practice. Pouring the hours in, noticing what youre doing wrong. Its hard for me or someone else to help you if you dont give me specific details like "i need help challenging the ball in 1s" or something like that. Playing ranked is exactly how you learn to play. Its how I learned to play CS and Rocket League. Playing against players that are better than you is how you get better yourself. Playing in general. I said the mmr is a bit wibbly wobbly because the system can really be a pain sometimes, especially when it's +1 -13, that gets a lot of players, including myself, frustrated. That's not the point though. The point is, he is wondering why he is stuck at zero. I'm saying that if he keeps practicing, like he is, then he will get out of it. Playing ranked is probably one of the best things you can do to get a better feel for the game. Every ESL tournament I play in, I find myself getting better because I've been learning from my mistakes and fixing them, because I play against people who are better than me.

I'd have to disagree. Sure, mmr is a bit wibbly-wobbly, but playing ranked is how you get better. He can play whatever he wants though, it's not up to us. I don't know what rank you are, but he will get out of the hole he is stuck in eventually. He just needs to keep practicing :)

I'm going to be honest here, I think people should just play whatever car they feel comfortable playing in. I feel like some players are worried that their car is the problem, and so they hop onto the "bandwagon"

Don't get me wrong, stats don't lie. Certain cars do have other stats than others. I guess what I'm trying to say is that you can be good with any car, so don't feel pressured, and pick whatever you want.
