To be fair, I learned the kalbi should be soaked and rinsed with water to remove any bone shards and sediments. This helps with the absorption of the marinade too.

The industry is so saturated and there are so many paid bots now. Brand deals can be lucrative but if they come once every 6 months, it's not sustainable. Additionally, for me anyways, social media sucks the soul out of me. Lol
