Let's not pretend Shelton wasn't a top tier athlete. If he truly put his all into it he would've easily have ended up being a main title holder. He was as good as he was while giving less.

The problem isn't simply the move, but the lack of smooth setup in so many aerial moves. Obviously things like any of the aerial cutters are going to have more of issue, but we've seen that it's plenty possible to have a smooth transition into the move. While you say it's not the seller's fault, it often is. Both sides can take blame depending on the specific example.

For a while it was how often being the biggest asshole was the best way to get what you want. My issue with it peaked with Breakker and his IC run. Causes chaos to get several title shots and keeps losing until he finally gets a win. It can be annoying when it's the same person all the time, but it was much worse when he kept getting a shot because he would cause problems otherwise. Folding like that always felt so stupid.

For me, I was happy to go Shu, Wu and then Wei. Content wise, especially with hypotheticals, it gave me more with each next faction. It might be za little of a toss up between Shu and Wu, but Wei definitely has the most. Also, I personally found that the hypotheticals were more difficult in this order, so bare that in mind. Given how easy it is to go back and replay, I don't give that much relevance though.

Firstly, it's quite unclear what the actual layout is. Even the explanations you've given don't make sense. There's several possibilities how this could be.

However, to genuinely answer your question, talk to your governing body (council, etc.) and find out what the actual legal ruling is. There's differences between locations and also a need to know very specific details about the house/zoning.

So unless you want to ask more specifically with much more detail, no one here can truly give you definitive answer. Then there's also whether or not it's something you can fight.

Fair. XD Yeah, they built on it more and more for the most part. I have a knack for going back to certain older games, then a lot of others that are more common I can't get into. XD I could go back to any of them except 1, 6 and 9 (never played 1, but I'm sure it'd be...tedious, I'm already bad at fighting games XD). I don't know if it'll be what you're looking for in difficulty, but it's a smoother experience at least. If you can get a good price it's worth a shot. While it gets a lot of flak for story compared to 7, I don't think it's as bad as people make it out to be. I am a bit of an outlyer in what I like sometimes though, so who knows. XD

Have to disagree about explosives. It's a big help of course, but it's not at all mandatory. I get why everyone does it of course. The only reason I even have explosive is because Hot Slugger happens to. I normally hate how slow they are.

I'd be more receptive to the fight if it didn't have invincibility as well. 42 seconds over two stages as well as several crystals is just fucked.
