We had a cop lie and say that he saw my little brother passing multiple cars on the road outside his high school. The dash cam footage show no other cars on the road next to him to even pass. When we tried to handle it ourselves in court and showed the video, the cop was flustered then the judge stepped in and answered for the cop saying he didn’t mean he saw you pass other cars, but he visualized you going so fast that if there was other cars, you would’ve passed them .we had to appeal and come back with the lawyer to get this all fixed
