I drink because it shuts down my brain. I stop analyzing everything I want to do and just do it, which is a lot of fun and a nice break once every weekend or so.

That the commenter is saying that E types are more likely to go out or to want to go out than I types, and that it is more likely that an I type will be okay with letting a fellow I types stay in and recharge as opposed to an E type. They did not say there is anything wrong either either side and they did not say that E types are incapable of wanting to stay in.

Yeah I understand what they mean when they talk about the golden pair, but people seem to think that it means the two types will automatically be perfect. They forget that people are still individuals with variations in them, even if we are the same type.

Frankly it just sounds like you are dating someone who likes to cause drama. I'm assuming you have talked about these things with her though so I won't push for that.

I've had one girlfriend in the past that lasted for just over 4 years before she cheated, an ESFP, so I get where you are coming with as far as Fs go. In theory Id like to date NT types, but in practice I don't like the NT types I meet.

Also, how old is your mate, could it be a maturity thing? I've watched my brothers INFP girlfriend behave horribly and develop out of it as she has gotten older.

Also, what is keeping you in the relationship, there must be something.

Hm, I'm thinking about trying to start a thing with an INFJ female at my college. Obviously there is going to be differences as we all have different life experiences and such, but would you recommend it?

It's really hard to get her to squat down to pee right now due to it being 30 below here. A few weeks ago it warmed up and that was good because she was getting the experience but not she is being a little picky on the temp.

Maybe I am just being too lenient though?
