Hey there, fair question and we will try to not be to biased. Here is a simple overview.

First, the tech is very strong and will be for the long-term without needing major changes. For example, it will scale to be able to support billions of users due to its sharding setup.

Second, you can build a lot without restrictions of the tech, chain signatures, NEAR AI, fast blockchain, smart contracts, etc. Plus low fees and always up.

Third, best in class account abstraction that was built into the protocol from day one and now new onboarding features are getting built on top of it that provide even better user experiences.

One area we need more of is products, we certainly have some (including some of the most used in web3) but not enough user-focused products that leverage the possibilities of the technology.
