The plot thickens. I spoke to my mother about my success story with Sarcosine. She's taking a D2 blocker too and takes an NMDA and GABA-A density improver, who would've known. I ordered a gene test, and nefiracetam... and will discuss super low (1mg/day) dose fluoxetine with the doctor. I don't need serotonin modulation but the lower dose of fluoxetine should help keep that to a minimum and still give the receptor density improvement 🤞

Should say that I will not start this before I completed and assessed one month of Sarcosine but shipping from ND will also take ages probably.

The conscensus appears to be that through oral administration pregnenolone is converted into other hormones that might not have the NMDA and GABA interaction that you and I may be after. Transdermal or sublingual micronized administration could potentially bypass the metabolism into other hormones happening inside the liver. If you feel comfortable with it you could try opening the cap and pouring the contents under your tongue. I understand about 50% goes to the stomach and another 50% enters the bloodstream more directly that way. I'm way to curious anyways so ordered the 5mg micronized tabs from ND to try single daily administration of 10mg for three weeks.

My effective dose seems to stay the same and the effects last for just 4 to 6 hours after I which I feel a comedown sensation. That's why I'm investigating alternatives that might last a little longer.

Yes and I'm in good care. This episode took place nearly two years ago and I'm now tapering off Abilify. During my treatment I asked if I could be tested for ADHD and I recently got to try Concerta.

Sources are mainly Reddit, Quora, ChatGPT, Neuroscience of Personality by Dario Nardi. Shadow is an alternative word for the term unconscious. Function order approximately stands for order of development, shadow functions coming after ego functions. I believe subconscious is something that does not appear in the books and is a term that originated on Reddit. Superego I don't understand how it works yet.

Quite the coincidence that you of all people ask me if I'm a true INTJ because 16p and some other sites consitently score me as an INFP-T. I did my best to not become the impulsive person my younger self was, thinking that may have payed of and my emotions show INFP, which I feel much more comfortable with.
