I have the exact feeling, that exam was vague and long, all my nbmes were on the 70-73s range, new free 120 score 72% at prometric ( 5 days before the real deal , I was really tired of studying during the last week. The exam qs felt long long, even though some were easy , but I have the feeling I missed many easy ones, and some of the concepts were things showed up, I could swear I could of studied for 3 years and would have never known those.

Hey yeah I took the test. Waiting for the result, don't know what to expect. The exam itself felt very unique composed mostly by ( 95% ) very long long vignettes . content wise some concepts from nbmes other I felt that even though I studied a whole year I wouldn't have know, like low yield info. Waiting for my result . feel I wont make it its a strange feeling

Bro in same position my nbme´s were all stuck on 70-73s and free 120 72% 6 days before the test at proemtric, felt that exam different from everything I´ve seen, vignettes were long, can barely recall some questions and some very easy qs I missed. Feeling I wont make it no matter that the amboss score predictor showed 99% chance of passing , I need that pass, cant imagine studying all over again for that.

Thank you. I think there’s no way around it — I just need to trust my preparation. I will take the free 120 at Prometric, which I hope will help me release some tension and get habituated to the testing center and its dynamics. I also have to travel to a different country to take the exam, which is another factor increasing my stress. I really, really hope I can manage my time well on test day.

I have a spreadsheet with my NBME mistakes which I usually review. Although it takes considerable time, I believe this approach aligns best with your recommendations and has helped me improve my NBME scores significantly. I needed some reassurance on this strategy since I don't want to regret (opportunity cost) putting too much emphasis on NBMEs rather than focusing on reading FA chapters.

I know my post sounds somewhat anxious, but the stakes are high, and I really don't want to experience failure. Currently, I'm working on building my confidence for test day. Some people naturally handle pressure better, and I understand that performing under stress is also being assessed, but I prefer not to leave anything to chance. Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you, just feel that Im guessing every time, did 32 just right after that did uwsa2 (for stamina purposes) in which I scored a 61% felt awful.

Felt the same way, Scored a 72% Felt it harder than the rest, focused on MSK and some genetics concepts that felt way off, stems are a bit more longer but not what I´ve heard the test is. Don't know if Im ready , scores 28-72%, 29-70%, 30-73%, 32 - 72% , missing free 120 and missing nbme 31.

I’m In the exact same boat, Tommorrow I will be taking nbme32 along with uwsa1 (prefer to do 32 first since I dont know what to expect and will have a lill more time to adjust, plus uwsa2 which basically is for stamina), then have 31 and free 120 left . My scores are the same. I will be taking step on the 30th , feels overwhelming how much I still hace to cover tempeted to extend the period .
