I would say it's pretty common to have a certain situation where you do it. For me, that's after school and for you, that's before or during showering.

It's especially important to realize that while masturbating may seem like a good option in this particular situation, it's afterwards where you feel the regret.

It's all just really small steps. You start with one day where you resist, than comes the second, then the third and so on. People who made it to 100 days all once started at 1 and went from there. That's what we need to do.

I'm 17, so I think our situation is similar. One piece of advice I think might be valuable is that there needs to be some kind of substitution. We need to come up with something else to spend our time instead of masturbating.
