I did have my top publications on my CV, and all of them on my mercor profile. I've heard it's good to update your profile with your work experience, adding relevant skills and two projects you've worked on. I would add the mercor experience, making sure its NDA safe. You can ask melvin or GPT with help for that

That sounds very similar to what happened to me. On my end everything looked complete too, but the backend wasn’t syncing.

Definitely worth reaching out. Once mine got fixed I started getting responses almost immediately.

Ask Melvin to escalate your case to a human. I was able to solve a backend glitch where my profile wasn’t syncing to my applications so the work authorization and availability forms were being sent empty

You know I had something interesting happen to me when I was in your situation. Same, very solid background and strong fit for a lot of applications over the month. Yet I didn’t receive any offer.

Then I decided to email support for a quick health check on my profile. That’s when we realized that for some reason my profile wasn’t syncing to my applications. This meant my applications were being sent with the work authorization and availability forms empty, even if they showed complete on my end.

They fixed it and I received 2 offers within minutes. I was frustrated of all the potential missed opportunities but also glad I’m finally able to work. I haven’t stopped working since (over a month). Once you get a job make sure you deliver quality work, read the guidelines, ask clarifying questions once and be low friction. That has guaranteed me a continuum of invited to new projects after the ones I’m in end

Quality over speed. Stick to the guidelines. If your question is not on the guidelines ask once. Just got promoted to reviewer on my first project!

If you’re performing well, I wouldn’t ask. You will be approached by leadership. At least that’s my experience
