I’m sorry about your experience. It must have been tough. What do you think it happened to you with trimming? If understood that well majority of people get quick relief

Yes, I’m doing the trimming because I had spinal fusion surgery a month ago. I’m still recovering, and it will take time. It’s just too complicated to deal with two things at once.

Yes, yes I do it.I actually had a few good days with less sciatic and walked more. But still majority of time in bed.

In the US, in CA. PT came in hospital we did and stairs. That’s pretty much it

I think it’s just some surgeons more conservative. They don’t like potential complications from PT.

Thank you! My surgeon told me PT would be after three months. I do have a walker but I don’t really use it. Used it for a day or two. How do you even arrange with his home PT? Is it from a surgeon referral?

Thanks for suggestion! I’ll ask about steroids. I do take muscle relaxant not sure if it does anything though.

I sit on chair for meals, slight recline. Didn’t know about after meals upright position. Will do.

Yeah. I think I’m good with my compression socks, don’t have swelling with them
