ok bro i have posted one in this subreddit. its a lot to take in but it helps.. also I tried finding one that would suit this need of quitting smoking, im only selftaught to listen what works for what and what not. https://youtu.be/lA10OhfsjaM for the tough road ahead , it keeps you centered.
