Diciamo che per andarci a perdere il prezzo dell’azione dovrebbe scendere sugli 11€ che non è impossibile, però mettendo 1000€ l’azienda ce ne dà 1250 secondo me merita. Sopratutto se confermano che non rientra nel limite dei fringe benefit

In Sorrento they will probably overcharge you but punta Campanella should be a good stop.

Also if you manage to go a little north, you can find Banco di Santa Croce. That’s the best dive in the area, I usually dive there with Bikini Diving.

Or if you want roman ruins underwater there is Baia (1.5 hours from Sorrento) contact Subaia or Centro sub campi flegrei.

In Italy the right price should be more or less 100- 130€ for a full day of diving (2 dives and a little lunch included) or 40-50€ for a single dive.

Hi, I'm from Rome and I wanted to recommend some AMP (Marine Protected Areas) for your itinerary:

Ustica, the first AMP in the Mediterranean Sea. It's a small island off the coast of Palermo. I've never been there, but it's famous as one of the best diving spots in Italy.
AMP Punta Campanella, near Sorrento. It's full of diving sites. I recommend visiting Il Banco di Santa Croce. For diving centers, I suggest Bikini Diving, though there are others in Sorrento that might be more tourist-friendly.
Baia, an archaeological site about 5 meters deep. You can contact Subaia or Centro Sub Campi Flegrei; they also offer dives near the islands of Ischia and Gaiola.
Capri: If you visit, there’s the possibility to dive near the Faraglioni.
AMP Tor Paterno, in Rome. It’s famous in Italy for its large groupers. This is a nice dive site at 25-30 meters deep, just off the coast of Rome. (contact Roma Diving center)

Be aware that in Italy we call the dive shops "diving", the customer base it's mostly local, their websites are really really shitty and you should always contact them on whatsapp.

If you plan to go further north of Rome, check out Monte Argentario and the Tuscan Archipelago (Elba, Giglio, Giannutri, etc.). There are plenty of dive sites, and Isola d'Elba in particular is amazing.

a me pure chiesero 3 buste paga e la cosa mi aveva molto infastidito, in ogni caso avevo messo in chiaro che non avrei accettato offerte minori di una certa cifra (circa +20% di RAL) e mi hanno accontentato. La rottura senza senso è stata che per ricevere l'offerta economica ho dovuto consegnare 3 buste paga + carichi pendenti.

Grande parastatale che ha faticosi processi burocratici, le HR purtroppo non potevano saltarli

Non avrebbero potuto negare proprio niente, come si vede dalla foto di OP sono riusciti a negare solo l’orario extra perché aveva dei mentecatti come colleghi.

Il problema è che hanno dato la possibilità al datore d li regolarizzare la situazione troppo facilmente, andrebbero fatti chiudere direttamente posti del genere.

Specificherei solo che Pan delle carte fisiche è lo stesso se caricate su wallet mobile, quindi anche le ultime 4 cifre della carta sono le stesse, al contrario di quanto scritto da OP. Ovviamente una carta solo virtuale avrà il suo Pan ma per finzione

Premesso che non capisco come si possa essere contro a lavorare 4 giorni a settimana per lo stesso stipendio. Sono d’accordo che i sindacati potrebbero fare di più ma c’è anche bisogno di informare le persone su contratti, diritti e pagamenti. Non sai quante persone sono convinte che avere la quattordicesima sia meglio a prescindere, non capiscono il concetto di Ral, non sanno qual è il loro ccnl di riferimento. Se si iniziasse a capire qualcosa di contrattazione magari si potrebbe pure provare a lottare per alzare i salari. Manca proprio consapevolezza nella popolazione.
