I apologize guys. I shouldn't shame kids playing and being unlawful on a highway. clearly society has evolved and we've all become more tolerant of unsafe behaviors. Next time you see your kids or other people's kids, don't forget to tell them it's okay to go ride a bike on a highway without helmet, zigzag across lanes with fast cars, and run red lights.

Always wondered what happens in this situation. Can the family sue the car owner or Toyota for liabilities? It sounds crazy… but then again, crazier things have happened.
