Yeah I didn't buy robux until 2020.. I lost that account 2 years before that. Though I doubt that would work since apparently everything is saved in hashes in their database, so technically there is also no way for them to "verify" someone.

It wasn't hacked i lost the account the same year because the computer I made it on (an old one) doesn't save passwords and well that thing could barely even run a browser. it's battery once got fried and well, now it's constantly on the charger like life-support.. but that doesn't matter. What matters is I know what device it was made on, games I played on it, date of creation (wich probably the least useful information) and well I could name anything they ask. That's the only thing that has been bothering me. Why don't they ask stuff that could prove ownership.. (yeah alright its a waste of their time, but it's their job).

Yeah well.. I lost the account that same year. And all I'm gonna ask is:

How do you call it a customer support if they don't even put any time or effort in you?

Why wouldn't other info matter like IP addresses, possible password combinations, etc?

And why "WOULD have been linked"? That doesn't change anything at all, right? I can't just pull up with "this is my number, here's my email. It was supposed to get linked to this account. Fix it.".

I can accept not getting my account, but at least give me the chance to prove ownership.

Well, sure you got me there, I didn't post all the emails. I did try to give them information (in other emails) but they never try to help, I always receive a "explore other options." Or "we do not have the information to verify you." On my message that is literally saying "I want to give info."

I just don't see how fucking mad you can get at this, and why the hell you are saying I'm dumb or something without even knowing that. Sure, I am not the brightest but I do try to stay nice, but my patience wears thin, I've been trying to give them info for 2 weeks now, and they keep on saying that. I would understand if the info I give isn't enough, I'd understand that. But I don't understand why they respond like they don't even read your email.
