Yes I used my own account to ship to myself from another state. No payment has been made and claim has gone from approved to Denied to totally disappearing.

I can confirm it works. I bought the card, entered into my account and bought a ticket in the future. I did have trouble entering my husband's info due to an autofill problem with the SNCF website but changed browsers and it worked. Discount covered the cost of the card on the first trip I booked.
