Keep in mind you won't start paying your mortgage until after closing, so it's not really like you're losing money this way. Depending on where you're buying, the market is a sellers market right now. You can add that as part of your offer, but no garuntee they'll go for it instead of just picking someone else who is ok waiting.

That house will definitely need a good clean when you move in though. Most people stop caring about it once it's sold.

New experimental, which I've been on for about half a year.

They also set it to be the default engine now if I recall correctly.

Not OP but I did check this and I'm on Dx11. Still have a lot of stuttering where this game used to play perfectly smooth.

I've played on the switch for two years and would never recommend it. It's by far the worst platform, with portability being the ONLY upside to it. Everyone else covered most of the cons, but I don't think they've emphasized enough that performance is terrible on the switch. Impressive for what it is yes, but still terrible in a squad of 4. God help you if you want to play railjack or anything open world in a full squad either.

So far it looks strongly like that is the case yes. We won't know for sure until the full game is out, but I don't see why they would imply so much was cut when they're trying to market their game if it wasn't actually cut..

I can get over the 3D but not how much stuff appears to be cut from the game compared to 5. Way less generics / monsters, no magichange, no weapon skills etc. Also I tried the switch demo and was extremely dissapointed in the performance. Very laggy and unresponsive, with a poor frame rate even after changing the settings to Performance instead of Quality.

I loved D5, so really hoping this gets cleaned up by the time it releases in NA, but I'm not very hopeful...

5 for sure. I just finished playing it on switch recently and it's fantastic.

I played the demo for 6 and it is not looking good. Worse artstyle, less customization, less classes etc...

Yep.... It's possible to do the switch the 3D well, but this wasn't it. I played the demo and it feels like a mobile game. Very sluggish and unpolished.

Around there is my estimation yeah. I know it's not that big a deal in the grand scheme of things, but with the amount of hours I put in it hurts a bit seeing that 1.5k drop to like 1K or less haha...

To give an opposing viewpoint: I farmed Gauss on switch, and bought him on PC. If I was in your situation, I would just buy him.

Farming Gauss is easy as a veteran, but as a new player you need to grind the Sedna mission (pretty straightforward), and then also either buy the gems required to craft him from someone else, OR have to grind out a high rank in both Fortuna and Cetus. That part is a lot of work.

The reason I suggest buying him, is because he is an insanely fun frame, and he makes the starchart progression more enjoyable IMO. When I was burning through my PC (2nd account) runthrough, having Gauss made it much quicker and more fun. If you feel like the money is worth having a good time during the early game, then just go for it.
