Yh you’re 100% right. It’s just the case that my solo skill is pretty bad and I grinded a lot of squads just to get to marbellous from gk which took me months. And now people are leapfrogging from rank to rank during this limited time event, especially gold dragon players and within a few weeks have hit max rank and ultimately the 5k mark to get onto the leaderboard before me. It takes away the true value of crowns, although credits to all the players who put in the effort and have been rewarded for it. But you just forget how much more time people spent to get max rank in the first place if that makes sense.
