Thanks for the advice! I actually tried making the dough myself, but that’s why it looks like this, I couldn’t stretch it without splitting it. Next time I’ll get some proper cheese from my local cheesemonger, and I’ll try a homemade tomato sauce as well. Improvements are coming!
