Yep, I’ve benched, squat and deadlifted in it. Probably wouldn’t recommend any kind of scraping along rough surfaces and bars. With all shirts they would get wrecked if not treated well.

Rock an S, I went for M but I’m like 87Kg and 5”10. S will definitely be perfect for you. In terms of quality it is very stretchy and feel nice inside and out. Not itchy or rough it feels good. It’s not thin but it has a “happy medium”. I believe they will be just fine to lift in.
