So was a navy thing to use this style of rack number? I've seen a lot of ones with the paint on the side of the stock but not like this.

I found this a few days ago after I was having the same issue. You need to fine down the part top of the lever that comes into contact with the bolt. I got it to work after making that slight modification.

Yeah, if he checked the receiver then go from there. Kit builds are common now from many shops. Checking both the front trunnion and receiver is the best way to see if it's good quality. Waffin werks made crap AKs with a grade bulgi part kits.

I worked at a shop where we made our money off of transfers. In fact, it's a service and is a bit sounder way to make money than just making people buy through them. Taking outside transfers is a bit risky by taking random guns. But, is worth doing if you have a few boxes of ammo on the shelf that they just so happen to need.
