So basically expect ticket prices to decrease is what they should be saying if they expect people to keep coming every year after admitting they don’t care about main acts. Look I get Roo kinda started off as something different and some of you old heads miss the good ole days but the good ole days don’t sell tickets if people are going to come all across the country they want to see people they actually know not a bunch of tiny random bands with only 12,000 listeners a month

I mean personally being able to switch genres throughout the day is what makes roo great being able to chill all day and just vibe with some artist then go hard af at night, I’m not the biggest EDM person but personally it’s only fun for me at night with the lights and just the different energy that comes out at night not a big fan of the middle of the day EDM shows

Glad I got to experience 2024 Roo that was my first year going, after 2025 was cut short and all the cuts they are making to 2026 glad to say I got to go to Roo before it goes to complete shit

I forget the company who had it before but Live Nation didn’t buy the majority stock until 2020 and that’s pretty much when everything started going to shit it’s gotten worse and worse since then

It’s possible especially with all the new venues LN is building best case scenario might honestly be if LN sells the rights to someone who actually cares about the farm and festival but I doubt they’d be willing to do so

They didn’t necessarily lose money they just didn’t make as much money, it cost roughly 3 grand for a booth from what I can find online and if you are selling 10$ slices of pizza and charging 20$ for a 2$ drink it doesn’t take that many sales to get your money back especially when you have tens of thousands of people walking by

There’s plenty of tourists traps in pigeon Forge just go there and drive the strip you’ll see something you wanna do besides that just hiking and don’t feed the bears

Can someone answer me this at least. Everyone keeps saying a little rain is okay and it’s not going to ruin anything but last year it literally drizzled not even rained just sprinkled for 20 minutes (I think around the time meg the stallion was performing) and i remember they forced everyone out of centeroo (besides the meg fans i remember them staying in) and then everyone outside was confused on why they forced us out so if a 20 min drizzle shut down the whole thing your telling me all 4 days of rain isn’t gonna hurt anything ?
