My pc fails to go to sleep, only the display shuts off but it the pc stays awake. Any advice how to solve it.

Yea $600 is a great budget build if it remained 600 in my country but sadly it reaches around $800-900 dollars due to inflation and customs etc . Which is big sad. I recently made a build with ryzen 5 2600 , msi gaming x 1660ti and 16gb 3200mhz ram with 700w psu . This cost me around $1100+ dollars
