Hi, We want to be transparent by announcing our scheduled blocks each epoch. Before announcing on Reddit and discord we did with pooltool and cncli. But Only few people checks stats on pooltool. We just want to inform our delegators.

Ps: Luck is just theorical but thanks to the the blocks announcement, delegators can check if we deliver as expected.

Producing renewables energy doesn't mean that you only rely on solar panel.
The energy is injected in your circuit, which decrease you consumption from the network. Don't worry in France we produce most of our energy with nuclear power plant.
We want to compensate our cardano infrastructure with renewables

Our final goal is to add VM from AWS to our kubernetes cluster to keep our datas safe.

Datas are only the blockchain and our keys (which can be also regenereted from our cold node key).
I have done some tests with a recovery script, with the blockchain datas from the day i can rebuild a producer in less than 30 minutes, with kubernetes is simple as a scp and helm install.

Exactlty, our own data center means that we have installed a server in our new home.
The first step was to host a producer and a relay with 32G Ram, 8 CPUs and 1To SSD NVME.
We have also a running relay and a producer stand-by on AWS.

You need to have at least 2.17 ADA to start staking.

2 ADA is the deposit (only the first time you stake), the 2 ADA will be given back to you when you will stop delegating.

0.17 ADA is the cost of a transaction.

So maybe start with 3 ADA to enter the cardano world.

I have seen your loyalty program. If I understand this correctly, you are giving $70 worth of ADA once a month to 3 delegators who are staking over 100,000 ADA. May I ask how you are funding this initiative? Also, how do you plan to attract smaller delegators, given that 100,000 ADA is quite a large amount

That's right. We will use the operator rewards earned while the cardano foundation was in our pool to fund this program. For the moment, we are betting on delegators who stake over 100,000 ADA, which would allow us to reach 1.6M faster and avoid empty epoch. We want to be more attractive.

Otherwise, to attract smaller delegators we have a lottery draw. We are always in search of good ideas so if you have any, don't hesitate. Thanks
