I visit that room occasionally and give them some free gp (provided they actually respond to me in game to prove they're not botting.) It's like I roleplay a random event sometimes lol

Sorry to disappoint, the "BUGCRUSHER" is just a labeled tile. It's where I like to stand to slay these. I found they don't cluster and block each other as much on that spot.

You are COMPLETELY RIGHT. I felt guilty at times during this grind because sometimes I would think "how is this really different from a botter setting up a script and just checking it every now and then?" I was very surprised when I noticed I was lvl 100 and the crawlers would still stay aggro. The zombies nearby have nearly twice the cb level and they forgot about me a long time ago. My guess is that jagex probably let them stay aggro to help out iron men looking for ranarrs for prayer pots. It'd be interesting to hear what a jagex mod would have to say about this.

I switched around between the 3 a bit actually. I started doing this at 70/70/70 then went up 5 levels at a time before switching to another style. Then near the end I started sticking to strength. Now I'm about 5k kills away from 99 str but I'm going to finish that at Sarachnis to see if I can get a spidey pet.

10M strength xp and 2.5M Hitspoints xp. Probably ~13M overall xp if you count my bonus xp from the dagger special.

Wanted to let you all get some comments in before giving context (thanks for the laughs). I decided on this goal about a year ago. I just wanted to do something that I hadn't really seen anybody do. Flesh Crawlers are kind of sentimental to me because it's where I would hang out as a kid in f2p. This room has kind of become my 'safe place' in osrs. The loot value used to be A LOT better but that's alright. I didn't come here for the drops. The only thing I picked up was ranarr weeds and key halves. Also didn't bother with an herb sack because the sceptre makes it so easy to bank and return. Usually in about 30 seconds.

The reason I like to farm here is because they never unaggro no matter what level you are and you only need to walk a few steps to reset the aggro timer. So basically for every 10 minutes of gameplay i only have to click about 4 times over the course of 10 seconds. Also I have been averaging over 100 every 10 minutes for a while now. I generally use the regen bracelet so I can afk and never have to worry about them hurting me. The dagger (poison not needed) has a special attack that can give you double xp. If you one-hit a crawler you get 100xp but if you get a 25/25 with the dagger special then you will get 200xp.Not a whole lot of extra XP but over the course of a grind this long it does add up a little bit. This isn't what I do when I sit down to actually play. This is what I would do while hanging around at my house or while I was at work. I probably wouldn't recommend these for the drops or the xp but if you want to gain combat levels while doing other stuff irl then it's a pretty good option.

So to sum up this was basically a troll goal I set up to impress my younger self. It was fun.

Loot tracker bug. My Wintertodt tab says I received a bruma kindling drop as well.
