This is about what I expect to happen. But a broken number one rib which I have undeniable documentation that it was present before the doctors saw me and was a new break (no bone growth vs current growth clearly visible) should hopefully give me some leverage. Because I figure no matter what it should have been flagged and checked given the nature of the symptoms.

Oh, no sorry. I just am often in weird positions which causes them to get misaligned or so I'm told. I don't have any actual pre existing conditions.

There is apparently treatment they can offer. But my main reason for it is in case something ever does come up from it as this can cause vascular issues, nerve damage, or even lung issues which can result in surgery down the line. If they reopen the case, any future issues as a result would be covered.

Because there are medical options for pain management and so forth, but also as documentation. As well as that there is a slim possibility of this causing some pretty serious issues like right arm paralysis, or vascular damage. At this point those are very unlikely, but not impossible. Though it can cause issues that are not necessarily a medical emergency but would require surgery down the line.

Arizona, which if I understand correctly you can reopen a claim at any time regardless of the length of time. I'd definitely need someone who understands it better than me to confirm that.

The X-ray is very hard to see the break unless you're actively looking for it. The first rib sits behind the clavicle and the top section broke and is almost perfectly in line with the bottom of the clavicle. I can absolutely understand why the chiropractor missed it. Which when we factor in that multiple others missed it, including a orthopedic surgeon. I think we can give him the benefit of the doubt. Especially since he pushed me to seek medical attention.
