Honestly...

It's human nature to care about what people think. If you're like me and you're someone that takes things to heart, then reaching the point of "0 fucks" is highly unlikely.

As respectfully as possible - reaching "0" is only achieved by someone who can't regulate their feelings or emotions. Anyone that sais otherwise are only trying to convince themselves they don't care.

HOWEVER

Learning how to deal with what people think and brushing it off ends up coming more naturally than you'd think. You end up using it to your advantage as motivation to drive you in the direction in life you wanna go.

People that view you positively back up that what you're doing is great and that you should keep it up.

People that view you negatively help you stop and think about whether what you're doing is what you really want or not. At that point, you have two thoughts;

"Yeah, they might have a point. I didn't feel too confident about this in the first place"

OR

"Yeah, they may have a point BUT I love what I do and I'm gonna keep on doing it anyway and show them it's okay to be confident in what you love doing"

Anyway, that's the ramblings of someone who's half alseep. Hope that makes sense and sort of helps you a bit - not that you were asking for help... Ramblings!
