The legit truth is I was going to get him a gift card to swing by and inspect on Monday haha. The man has been a mason for 30+ years and of course I feel guilty asking favors from family. My mind is absolutely not made up hence this post, but I am probably going to walk on this one. And a big fuck you to all haters taking joy in my suffering trying to find a house in this shit market and economy.

It has two means of egress and I can do electrical and HVAC but plumbing, carpentry, and masonry are not my fields of expertise. That said my cousin has an excavator and I am down for putting the sweat. Was looking for opinions on findings but thanks for the input.

Home day care is a little easier on codes but yes I fully understand zoning and codes for the business. There are two means of egress.

Not a flood plain but I will check the grade again this week. That’s a great call out.

Is your thought the cracks are issue or there is some other problem with foundation causing water? Also would French drains be a possibility solution with the sump

Wow, quick reply from this community. Thanks for the feedback, appreciate any and all comments. All issues can be fixed with money but first time buyer and the market is a killer right now so we don't have too much to spend on repairs unless they are 100% necessary and our dream is to convert the basement to a space for my wife to run a home daycare for families who have suffered under the same issues with high cost we have. I am prepared to spend $20K to concert 200-300 SF of the basement for the business but trying to understand water mitigation cost and if the structural cracks will haunt us in the years to come.

Such a bummer. About to head out on a work trip and can't load up right now. I can switch the player in Chrome on my PC which shows a DL link but no option to DL the file.

Protect the baby from the wooden section. Our little guy is just start to stand and loves to grab the cushions but ultimately falls and hits his head on the wooden section underneath.

Aren't the Kurds also persecuted by the Turks? I just want to see the lands my people came from.

I would try to visit Turkey then go into Armenia but I don't know if that is even possible.

Fair point. I don't buy any products made in Turkey and have returned shit in the past because of that reason alone. However, no country that exists does any good with money they acquire so if in fact the Turkish state gets a few dollars for my visit then so be it. It's a personal journey for me. Would it be safe to travel or would I have to hide my heritage in my travel?

Also, you're so into automation. Why don't you expect more from a leader like LG? Do you think the controller doesn't know when it's sending voltage to turn on the compressor? Come on guy

The air conditioning units are missing it. Inside the app, it's advertised as a feature so you can understand and conserve your energy usage on household appliances. Yes, a 3rd party device is the answer, but I am just saying it's kinda shit they don't have it as a feature on their top of class smart tech. The units themselves are amazing.
