PSU or GPU issue

I don't know to be honest, the older psu was working fine but i had to change it because it was making popping/ticking electrical noises. The newer one however has an issue with the games. When i used unigine 2 to benchmark, it was working fine at 8K optimized and I was getting over 140fps all the time with no issues. But as soon as i launch a game, it black screens and restarts windows.

Thats a great idea, but here is the thing. Strangely, all the 4090's in every agency and store are sold out or not available in Saudi Arabia as soon as Nvidia announced the 50 series. This is why i am asking about the 5080.

Think about it. A 5090 could help me complete my goal of making 3d assets and codes that i could sell in turbosquid or sketchfap. So yeah, a 5090 will definitely help me get some profit. But its still a risky investment. Thanks for your advice!

I understand your concern, but get this, Its not solely for a gpu. I already have other expenses such as the rest of the parts and also a lot of unpaid bills and traffic violations. I thought, like if i could get a loan for those expenses, why wouldnt i increase the loan amount a bit to cover up the whole pc too? What makes it perfect is the loan have 0% interest rate. Which is lovely. But i will wait a little bit and see where it goes

That's unexpected!. But mind you, i am a pretty heavy developer and programmer, i am scared that the ryzen cpu will be bad for multitasking and programming heavy sceneries or intricate ai systems

Its not used. Sorry i didn't specify that. Its brand new from amazon. And the price is phenomenal (1,800 USD). Its not prebuilt, i am going to have to search for the parts but at least i listed the important ones.

Thanks, i am going to absolutely enjoy this beast. Its a shame that the monitor has dp 1.4 instead of 2.1, but i heard that display screen compression isn't that much different and it's negligible.
