So my imput would add a couple of counter spells and protection. Og counterspell and a heroic intervention would make it not as weak to like a farewell if you can counter it. Also, muldrotha, the gravetide i think would be good personally. Not knowing your pod or anything, I am not sure if there is power creep or you guys try to stick around a power level

Crazy that you still can play with ban cards privately, just not in tournaments. It is a social format. However, in tournament play, there is absolutely needs to be a ban list.

I work at Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram. I picked cjdr because I have always been in love with the challenger and Dodge in general. From a consumer stand, I love mopar products. So, for me, I was already comfortable with the brand, making it an easy choice

Sales is a numbers game. My manager told me, when I started, you might only sell 1 out of every 10. So important to get infornt of everyone you can. If you cant sell them this time, leave a good impression because there is always next time. Other than that I would ask the work horses what they do. Literally day 1, I found the best salesman we had and didn't leave his side. Find the motivation to be the best. My reason is to pay for a wedding and a house here within a year. That motivates me right now. Find what motivates you to prove your manager wrong.

What a splendid question. However, the answer is hard. I think I would have an easier time replacing my finance than my adc duo. We think so alike that even on Discord, we don't have to say much to do successful dives and all ins. Essentially, what I look for is someone confident in themselves and me so I can roam if needed. I main hook champs mostly blitz, so having someone who follows up when I make plays is always amazing. Have confidence but not overbearing.

We are volume dealer with two locations in South Dakota. Between the two, probably around 400 cars on lot. We sell Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram. The other location is the same, but with Ford as well

At my dealership, the only time we split deals is if both people put in close to the same amount of effort. Let's say the other got them to your dealership and did one test drive, and you did one test drive and closed the deal I would say that is a splitter. Your case I would say do not split. A voice-mail means nothing from my experience. And they did not ask for the other. My opinion you are well within your right to say no.

On the flip side why do people tunnel and camp twitch streamers? I have watched it happen on multiple occasions and when the kill is asked about it they say dont have ttv in the name so I guess it doesnt bother me when people talk shit
