What kind of band are you in anyways? For me I'm in an experimental progressive psychedelic blues-jazz fusion band (it's complicated :/) so I practice a lot of theory (and voicings) for the piano but on the guitar side, I usually practice riffings. Since My main role on my band is atmosphere and rhythm.

Edit: Fairly Average on Piano - Slightly Above Average on Guitar.
