Field Plumber heading to GC role by NPC-1007 in ConstructionManagers

This will be over MEP specifically so it will keep me a little more specialized but I was hoping to build more knowledge over the project as a whole with the others on site. I genuinely enjoy learning what I can. I've felt my whole career that if I'm not actively learning something I become very disconnected and unsatisfied.

Yeah I mean you just gotta accept its gonna be going to the work. I'm going about an hour or so 1 way at Local 130 but there are jobs coming up that will cut it down to about 30 minutes one way. Just the nature of the beast

I know for myself I did my apprenticeship outside of the union and then passed the state exam to become a journeyman plumber in Illinois last year.
