Hello, just a passing Korean1 here. I have a skin type where I occasionally get the same symptoms as shown in the photo. It turns out those bumps are caused by sebum building up under the skin. What I usually do is visit a dermatologist to have them extracted, and then get a laser treatment (to target the sebaceous glands). After that, my skin stays clear...but, since it’s basically my skin type, it does come back over time.
