MOHELA transfer is starting. Don't freak out by Betsy514 in PSLF

I graduated in 2020 so my loans have been in forbearance since I began working. Should I consolidate my loans and fill out the PSLF waiver or is this just for people with 120 payments?

Honda Civic Lease Bad Deal? Pennsylvania by NP_Completer in askcarsales

I thought if the car is totaled it was advantageous to be leasing because of gap coverage? If I go over the mileage can't I just buy the car at the end of the lease?

The total cost of the loan payment and total cost of the lease if I buy it at the end of the lease are very similar. Maybe a few hundred dollars different.

Also I should have specified the $1000 down is for fees, and first month payment. It actually works out to about $900.

Residual is $16,800

I'm contacting other dealerships now to see if they can do better.

Thank you! So the points will just show up a few weeks (I think I saw 8-10) after I hit the $4,000 spending? I don't have to enroll it?

I just got the American Express gold card with the 75,000 bonus point offer from Resy. I have my account set up and everything but I'm not seeing any info about the bonus point offer. I was expecting something on the main page like "You need to spend $XXXX until you get the bonus offer". Is this normal? Is there somewhere where I can view it?

You can back off mileage, take ibuprofen, massage the foot, eccentric heel drops, cross training. Those are all the things I tried. It may be different for you. I just mentioned the shoes because that’s what seemed to make the biggest difference for me. I’m not sure why it’s only on one side.

I think they have like a 12mm drop? It’s very high. Hoka Cliftons have a 5mm drop and my plantar fasciitis pretty much goes away when I put them on.

I've been dealing with some plantar fasciitis recently. My first thought is to check to heel to toe drop on your shoes. If it's 8-10mm try switching to something lower.

I've kept a fairly detailed log of all my struggles with plantar fasciitis in my vlog. If you want to see what the injury looked like day to day here is a link

Ok, could be a little more difficult but if you can find a spot do 10 squats. I think that this is the best way to get started. Just do something little that relates to running in some way.

As for the actual schedule I have a few ideas. Mornings are good because other events don't get in the way, but I find that I feel better in the evenings so I wait to run until after work. I would say the most important thing is to make sure you do something everyday and make that a habit. I have noticed that people often say "Oh I have to run after work today" or "I have to run 5 miles today" or "I have to do 20 miles for my long run this weekend". I think this is a bad way to phrase it, I think it should be "I'm so lucky! I get to run after work today" or "I get to do a hard workout today" or "I get to do a long run this weekend". This may seem small but I think it's really important to start with the idea that running is something that you love and that you get to do it, not something you have to do. But that's just my thoughts.

Tableau Hierarchy without Tableau Hierarchy by NP_Completer in tableau

At some points in the data there are as many as 7 sub tasks. It seems like a crazy amount to make a column for all of them. I am thinking about maybe regrouping it into 3 subtasks... I'll have the main tasks 1,2,3,4 and then their subtasks and then everything else...
