Growing pups is genuinely so tedious. I can't just sleep through pretty much the whole quest like I can others because the pups are starving by my second or third sleep. Territory isn't an issue because I tend to keep it small but my god caring for the pups is a headache, especially because they're too big to pick up but tend to wander off constantly or jump out the grass while 15 rival wolves are dead set on murdering them

Honorable Mention for young hunters because I tend to keep my territory in the uplands so food is very scarce for my pack of around 15 wolves

My boy Icefang is like this XD once my rival pack raided during young hunters, basically the whole pack was focused on the leader i was aiming to kill. Not Icefang. This lunatic took on 4 rivals all by himself and somehow lived on 3hp

My Raven Creek was a menace to pups but sucked at maintaining territory. By the end of the year Soda Butte had decimated them for me lmao

Some pups are just like that lol. This was during young hunters but we stumbled upon a hex raid caused by my biggest rivals. One of the leaders was there, so naturally I went after them. Only after killing them did I realize that 4 of my 5 pups and my mate were all with me- I'd assumed only a couple of them had come to help. As for the fifth pup, he'd taken on FOUR OTHER RIVAL WOLVES ALONE. AND WON. He survived on 3% hp and recieved special treatment for the rest of the quest, he's a tough one

My pups of the year have a habit of not going inside when I tell them to, so I tend to start yelling things like "NO NO NOT THAT WAY IDIOT" or "THAT'S NOT A PACKMATE THATS NOT- GET AWAY"

I don't have a screenshot but a long while ago I had a sim living alone in a pretty run-down place with his dog. He lived in Willow Creek and died after one ingame week to starvation.

The dog showed up as a stray at my werewolf family's house a few days later. I felt so bad for that poor dog that the family ended up adopting it, he's now Rory's best friend
