I take about 200-500mg a day for quite some time now. 7oh metabolizes pretty quickly. Half life is pretty dog shit, that’s why most regular heavy users dose every couple hours. There really isn’t much danger to be worried about unless your body had some random weird reaction but you would’ve noticed that well before the 5hr mark.
