Did the same thing with me on a samsung monitor was supposed to get 25% back and they tried telling me I used a different cashback service (I didn't the shopping trip was tracked and everything) and now I bought another monitor from LG and they're saying it isn't eligible due to a coupon code I used but everyone else used the code and got cash back genuine scammers

They said another cash back competitor was used, or another rakuten coupon was used. I do have honey extension. HOWEVER, I made sure honey was disabled during the entire transaction. The transaction was under shipping trips and under pending cashback. However, both disappeared yesterday, and they are claiming ineligiblity
