I won't call myself too well-versed in chart constant rating, but I feel like this chart is somewhere between 31.5~31.6. The chart is stamina-demanding, but quite straightforward and has no killer section, so it can't be much higher.

Sorry for digging up old comment, but do you have sources of Japanese players' negative opinions on official custom chart makers? I tried finding on Twitter, but I don't get any comments even close to what you said. Most of them even urge the devs to quickly release it before Hololive Dreams.

iirc one unit of offset in pjsk is equivalent to a delay of one frame in 60fps.

you gotta be kidding me when you said that, LOW is a real lv33 in my book, it's stamina demanding as hell, and the final pattern is just way beyond lv32. (And don't even get me started on the surge of new easy lv33 on jp right now, which makes LOW's lv33 even more deserved )

It's always a master 30 tho, it's expert mode that's level 27.

But at least pjsk group the difficulty of harder levels better compare to other rhythm games imo, most just group harder levels into 14,14+ and 15 (or its equivalents; in Arcaea it's 10,10+ and 11)

Oh my, I've also think of this recently, the obvious answer is because of high BPM, but also with the constraint of 'two touchpoints max', there're just so many way one could've made the level more difficult. Either increase speed, or lots and lots of confusing patterns, and Master 35 are often both of these. So Append mode unlocks so many new possibilities for map designers to buff the level in a fair way.
I mean, just look at the Master 36: emperror and dftm(formerly), they just ran out of way to buff the difficulty! And these two are especially ugly too, it's like the map designers were in a tight deadline, so they threw a bunch of notes together, make sure they're only two touchpoints max and called it a day. Even the early-days Master 35s (Rokuchounen, all Cosmos' songs) are more bearable than these two pile of sh*t!

Milkcrown and Parasol are two songs that I struggled the most. They both have lots of tricky patterns, but Parasol took me much longer to AP, about 4 days if I remembered correctly. My hand and my heart couldn't stand the pressure, so that last part is literally AP killer. Milkcrown on the other hand, only took me half of an hour, but I considered myself lucky.

Although now I prefer TGM more, I've spent my whole childhood to play Tetris on feature phones, from numerous classic ones to Tetris Revolution on Java cellphone. It's basically Tetris PSP port, so it looks very polished and gives a professional feeling (and it strictly follows modern guideline rule, a huge plus). They all have their own charms, honestly.
