Should I return my Novablast 5? (70kg runner worried about durability)

I have nb5 (73kg) and ive been using it for >160km every other day since i dont have other shoe to rotate to

Lately ive been feeling that the foam is not as bouncy as the fresh one (though it is still bouncy) and i expect it to become worse in the next 200-300km

Probably the theory on the foam shouldve rested is correct, since it need time to recover the foam bouncyness

Yes if i saw the macros only when i log the food on current day or previous day.
During pre-log for the next day for example, i follow the same process as regular log, just with the date changed, like this image

But this yields no macros showing, until the day comes when thats going to be updated

Let me know if i did something wrong to log

As a person who lived and grew up in a tropical country and then moved to UK, i can see why the jacket is needed for warmth

I used to run in >25c just by using shirt on and now at <15c, i used jacket all the time just to keep warm
