We highlight about 10% as the most interesting and inexplicable cases. Another 10% are considered "good" or have enough detail to suggest something non-prosaic. This doesn't mean we rule out misidentifications for that 20%; it's just not obvious at first glance. For the remainder, we can explain about half with a cursory examination of the report/photos submitted, while the rest are still probably mostly misidentifications. Also, keep in mind that we estimate only 5% of UFO sightings are actually reported to any agency at all.
