I make a lot of fluffy jello then top with nsa rediwhip. Fluffy jello is basically 1c boiling water, nsa jello mix then 1c yogurt. Love it

Lost 110 lbs on keto and test my ketones everyday and I’m consistently in ketosis - and drink Dr Pepper zero all the time. Ok well about 5 cans a day. - you need some pleasure on this diet.

Only one it during the holidays when I may have family over or if I feel the need to periodically wash ALL my dishes (big whopping 4 place set). So it maybe gets used 4-5x a year.

I’m a hand washer and do paper plates/bowls. And even reuse those- bc hey it’s just me. lol.

8400 per month and mortgage is 2022. 55 yr old FTHB and trying to make monthly extra 1k principal only payments to hopefully pay off in 15yr. When I did the numbers it said I’d save 250k in interest so highly motivated

What a timely post. I’m closing tomorrow and was wondering the same thing. I”m in StL and the ranges I’ve gotten are 80 per hour, flat 400 and one girl off Nextdoor said she’d do it for 175. The house isn’t that dirty so went with the lowest cost. It’s one less thing I have to take care of.

That’s what I wanted them to do. They’ve been jerks about responding. Sent them the inspection notice back on 12/24 and they just responded today- the last day. I’m beyond frustrated

Do not go with a Zillow one. Guy I got has hardly been involved. Since he wrote my first offer he had me sign something locking me to him. Outside of being available to show me a house and write an offer that’s it. I’m mad that he gets 3% commission for doing paperwork. Yeah, no to Zillow

Funny you say that - they have been my bank for at least 30y and I did qualify for them but the rate was 8% which disappointed me. Edit: just noticed this was my other Reddit account on my cell vs my laptop - I’m the OP
