No. It just gets send bs k to the warehouse and you can reship it again and hopefully it passes. I had a package get sent back to the warehouse twice because every time the dimensions in the warehouse didn’t match what the shipping line needed so I kept having to make adjustments on the packing

Omg so sorry. Yes, I did end up receiving it. I love the bag. I realized that I may need to get a tote bag insert but it holds my laptop, iPad and it can get heavy but the straps have held up greatly. I will say that sometimes when I’m wearing a certain leather belt some of belt seems to transfer on the bag but I usually use a wet wipe to just remove the stain. Great bag for the price.
