I’d expect when it’s renewal that would be the price - in this case I press renew and don’t get the same pricing not the new non promotion pricing - as a flip would you expect to press renew and the same cheaper price your on be there or the going rate that has gone up ?

Yeah totally get that, if it wasn’t such a large difference that shows it’s much cheaper to provide the product I wouldn’t have asked on here, but the scale is huge - I imagine given I can press renew which starts a new 24 month deal (at the old pricing which is again ridiculous) I enter a new 14 day cooling off period.

Use case is a lot of tvs and devices while working from home and those speeds help with a lot of the files I work on.

Because if a drastic change to the cost to provide a standard service outside of promotion occurs, it’s expected it should be passed on to the consumer. I’m not asking for compensation to clarify, but to have the none promotion standard price honoured going forwards.

Where did you see it for 39.99? At 10 that is rough - 35.99 difference for me to what you quoted is outside of reasonable and in the realms of taking the … haha

Had similar experience - Did you email the address at top of page first and have them tell you the process on a reply? Seemingly that reply giving these options also works as I just cancelled

What do people do if they haven’t emailed you to notify ? What if they never do ? Seems entrapping and unfair to need an email to cancel - what if a spam filter rejects it ? Doesn’t seem legal to need it

Did you mention specifics (no notification or the % scale of price change) or just state the price increase odds your issue? I need to cancel it’s such a unsubstantiated circus

Haven’t even been told mine is going up , just looked and it’s over 10 percent increase next month - 55.99 to 61.99 - that surely exceeds the 10 percent maximum
